Great store. I love the unique, heavy pieces. This store is not for the faint of budget though.  Good news is that they do have an outlet store just across the street with not so heavy pieces and price tags. But I left the store certain I would be back for 3-4 items I did fall in love with.  And the staff were friendly and useful but not pushy.  Yay! More...

This is by far the best furniture store I've ever been to, and I've been to a LOT of stores. I thought it was interesting that they don't advertise, are surrounded by chain furniture stores, yet still maintain a good business. Walking into the place has a great feel and all of the sales staff are laid back, friendly and don't follow you around like stalkers. Although half the pieces in their store are pricey, this balances out with unique pieces that are more reasonably priced. Plus, they also have a great outlet store with unique, one of a kind pieces as well. I furnished most of my home with them! Let me start by saying, we truly dislike sales people who follow you around and make browsing uncomfortable. Our experience at Crescent House was the exact opposite of that! Tony was incredibly personable, not pushy, informative, and full of great suggestions. We were given a glass of wine while we shopped and felt very relaxed & listened to as we went through the design process. After 2 visits we bought a beautiful custom couch and a kitchen table set. Both products are exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. In addition, we received a delicious chocolate pie and a hand written thank you note from Tony. The first and only place I go when looking for furniture or decor. Such unique pieces you will not find anywhere else. I dont want something my neighbor has and that you can get everywhere. I want something unique, has a story behind it and gives a WOW feeling when you see it. Great unique selection. They are helpful and friendly and have such a wide variety from around the world. Melissa came out to my house and made suggestions and provided insight to what would work and wouldn't work. Most importantly they are locally owned and operated. Something to think about before you go spend your money at a mega corporation store or a billion dollar Warren Buffet store where they only worry about quarterly margin and not your happiness or the quality of furniture you get!
