What do you love most about your job?
I think the greatest part of our job is meeting the customers, ensuring they have a service that is second to none, being able to aleviate any fear they have regarding their problem and being in a position to deal with any issues or questions they have. Being a family run firm we are a cohesive unit that prides itself on the support and education we offer our customers.
We love the fact that we can tailor our service to suit the needs of the customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for a larger Pest Control company highlighted the importance of 'time'.
Not only are we in a position to offer a tailored service at a time to suit the client but we can give them more than the 'allotted' 10 minutes other bigger companies are restricted to.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a passion for our work that is reflected in everything we do.
Our supportive and informative customer service starts from the second we answer the telephone or read an email. This continues throughout the treatment and only ends when we contact the customer after treatment ends to ensure they are satisfied.
