From check in to check out our appointments are always great! Dr. Dave is wonderful, he spent so much time with us with our son’s new puppy, making sure he was part of the decisions, learning, and discussions. He made sure to check in on our other dogs as well! I can’t say enough praise for him, we are looking forward to seeing him again! BEWARE- They mistreated me and my dog.
My pomeranian, who had her annual checkup last month, was scheduled for grooming today.
I picked her up from the "grooming" with cuts in her skin and a choppy groom job. The staff didn't charge me for the grooming but DID charge me for ANOTHER physical exam and rabies which I said she does not need when I dropped her off-- again, I was there a month ago and according to their sheet said she is scheduled in 2020 to get her rabies.
They refused to remove the charges that I did not agree to.
I will never go there again!

I am sorry you feel that you and Vixon were mistreated. It was explained to you that the grooming was choppy because it could not be finished. Both the groomer and the doctor on staff felt that since Vixon is over 17 years old, has a grade 3 heart murmer, and was physically stressed by the grooming that her health was priority over her appearance. At the time of drop-off, the Rabies vaccine was discussed and you were informed of the need for the vaccine and you signed a consent form. Your bill was discounted by $60 cutting your fees to $54.50. I'm sorry we could not discount the entire bill as you wanted but the groomer, a vet tech, and a doctor did spend a good amount of time working with Vixon today. I travel 40 min just to use these guys, and I always will! The staff have such a natural disposition with my cat (who is naturally nervous around unfamiliar people due to her vision impairment) that she calms and grows more curious the whole time they treat her.
