I have known and worked with Jay for a long time and in varied venues and have always found his eye, sense of framing a shot and capturing the 999 words of the picture pas the first 'Oh' to be spot on! Formal, candids, head shots and staged real estate shoots are all in their wheelhouse. I especially enjoy his time lapse shots of highway work! I have to throw a major shout out to Solutions Automotive in McKinney. I had an electrical problem in the ignition system of my Jeep that was impossible to repeat with consistency. The entire crew went above and beyond the call of duty to find out the source of my problem. Mike's customer care and communications were by far the best I have ever experienced. The master mechanic Cody was patient and masterful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. We were in a tough situation when one of our business vehicles had a radiator issue.  I reached out to Joe Y and asked if he could help us out.  He immediately sent a crew to pick up our van and towed it to his Frisco shop.  That afternoon, Josh called and explained what happened, what was needed to fix it, and how much it would cost.  Joe is a friend of mine, so I expected to be treated pretty well.  But the level of service I received from Josh and his crew was fantastic.  Very trustworthy, detailed in what the issue was and how it needed to be fixed.  I ALWAYS recommend Solutions Automotive! Came in with little time to get my car checked out before a trip to the mountains and Mike was able to get me in and evaluate the condition of my car and make some minor fixes and had me on my way for free! He was honest, easy to work with. I did have a little trouble finding them and they're right next to another body shop with a similar name so make sure you're going in the right one. I've been to 4 different places trying to fix my Audi...2 Brakes Plus, NTB and Goodyear was to lazy to fix or even look at it. .. they said I needed new brake pads and rotors which was already brand new.  Took it to Joe and his team and they were able to fix the noise coming from brakes!  My wife is super happy and now only wants me to take my car into Solutions Automotive.  This will be my repair shop from now on!!  Thank you Joe and team! Solutions Automotive Mckinney is a place where efficient, fair and honest repair work is done.  I've been taking my vehicles there for three years and I have always felt like the service my cars get is far better than provided at a dealership.  The pricing is reasonable and they are always welcoming if you have to bring your car back.  I have a vintage automobile that I will only take to this shop because they know what they're doing.  I highly recommend Solutions Automotive Mckinney for all vehicle repairs! I have lived in St. Louis, Missouri for the past 19 years and am leaving a mechanic I absolutely adore. I have dreaded having to find a new mechanic in Frisco more than finding a doctor or dentist. But then Solutions Automotive changed all of that! They looked at my car on a Thursday but said the part wouldn't arrive until Saturday. Bummer! I thought. No repair until Monday (that's how they roll in St. Louis). But Joe said, just come in on Saturday and we'll take care of you. And they did! On Saturday! Great work at a fair price. And Solutions also regularly pays it forward in our community--to families in need in Frisco to flood relief in Houston. Now all I have to do is find a doctor who I like as much as Solutions! Usually I dread going to auto repair shops.This place was great, though.Everyone there was extremely friendly, the service was great, and the prices were honest. I went to Solutions to get a safety inspection for my 2 cars.  Joe was very  professional as well as courteous.  I have not had any work done at this shop other than the inspection, but due to the professional service I will bring my vehicles here in the future when they need service or repair. Great find, I'm from Cali and new in town was looking for a good place to take my cars for repair (other than the dealer) these guys really are good. I needed my air conditioner repaired and they gave me an estimate and fixed it. I honestly can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can't attest to the quality of their character. It's not everyday that a mechanic will tell you that you DON'T need to have work done! Went thinking I needed a brake job, but they let me know the occasional squeals were from uneven wear, and I still had a good 80-90% life left on all pads. It seems the dealership had only replaced the pads on my used car not the rotors. Ideal? No, but I left comfortable that I wasn't going to go flying uncontrollably through and intersections or smack into my garage door anytime soon. My car overheated on me and I desperately needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible.  Not wanting to get ripped off by Firestone, I reached out to Solutions Automotive because of their great Yelp reviews.  They were able to fit me in the very next morning.They dropped me off at the local car rental place so I could get a rental to shuttle myself around all day, super convenient of them.  Then, since I was concerned about getting stuck with a rental car all weekend, they managed to get my car completely fixed in the same day so that I was able to get back to the rental place and turn my car in without incurring any late costs.They fixed the primary issue as well as gave me some honesty about my oil change.  I needed an oil change but since the previous people who changed it had jammed something, they suggested I take it back there and make them fix their mistake so that I wouldn't have to pay them to fix someone elses mistake.  I really appreciate the honesty and trying to save me a few bucks in the end.Another added bonus is that the owner is a hockey fan!  Go Allen Americans!I'll come back here if I have any further issues with my car.   Note, this place can be challenging to find.  It is BETWEEN greenville and Tennessee but you cannot see it from either one.  If you take Tennessee, you'll be able to see their logo on a small sign indicating where to drive...and it's kind of halfway in between the two streets. I needed a wheel alignment for my 2013 Chevy Silverado. I am very new to Texas so I had to search the Internet to find an automotive shop which is very hard to do. Automotive Solutions has great reviews. I called and talked to Chris in the afternoon he said he would call right back and see if he had an opening. He called within 5 minutes and told me to come on down. Dropped off my truck was quoted a general price and I left. When I was called to come back the truck was all ready and was given a little discount for being a first time customer. Chris is great to communicate and deal with. He couldn't be more polite and thankful for business and followed up a few different ways to thank for the business and see how things were.
