Andre has been teaching my 13-year old daughter violin for the past 2 years and he is fantastic! He is very professional as a teacher. He makes her lessons fun and keeps her interested in playing. Chris is amazing! I took piano with him recently and it was so much better than I thought a lesson could be. I had never played piano before and was sure that since I was older, I would never be that good. He helped me learn popular songs way faster than I thought I would. He is fun and patient, encouraging and helpful. He's a great teacher who is passionate about what he teachers and really cares about what you learn and seeing you succeed. About a month ago, I started taking guitar lessons with Chris Pickett. I had been playing guitar for quite some time but only knew a few basic chords and a couple of songs. He told me that by the end of my first lesson, I'd be playing The Eagles, and I was! He taught me a basic strumming pattern that has helped me to play all the songs that I had tucked away in my "music book" and I have had SO much fun learning with him.

I have short stubby fingers and thought I'd never be able to play bar chords. Guess what? So does he! :) He's taught me new ways to play those chords and my playing has improved by leaps and bounds!

He always seems to pick the perfect song to teach me: something I love that will have me pickin' and singin' all day.

Jen did a excellent job as DJ for my parents 60th wedding anniv. She put a lot of work into getting the songs together for all ages, along with the ones we had asked for. Four of my children started music lessons with Chris Pickett over the summer. I’ll be honest and say that we decided to try Creative Music first because the cost was significantly less than your typical, storefront music studios – a big draw for a family of 7. The second draw was Chris’s musical versatility: students can try different instruments before selecting one on which to concentrate. Two of my kids were unsure of what to play, so they experimented for a while till they settled on their chosen instrument. I was impressed that Chris was able to jump from piano, to drums, to guitar, to voice – even over course of 1 lesson, as in the case of my 6 year old diva-I mean, daughter. In that respect, Chris is amazingly patient with children, fun, relaxed, and very encouraging. The kids look forward to lessons every week, and Creative Music has certainly drawn out their musical talents: My 13yr old son has progressed faster than I thought possible on piano, my 10yr old daughter spends her afternoons singing and playing Taylor Swift songs on the guitar, My 8yr old son has been demanding his own drum set, and the 6yr old, who (I think?) has settled on voice lessons, just might be the next Julie Andrews… Hey – a mom can dream, right? Creative Music & Entertainment has proven to be 5 star in their teaching techniques. I have been signing all of my life, I had vocal lessons before and I have even recorded a song. But the vocal training that I have received from #CreativeMusicAndEnt has helped my singing abilities Tremendously!! He is a great teacher and has assembled a stellar team of teachers who are committed to encouraging students to reach their full potential. They are the only music studio I know that offers regular family karaoke nights, allowing students to showcase their skills in a comfortable environment. I am so thankful I stumbled across Creative Music and Entertainment. I've been taking guitar lessons from Chris for a while now, and he is the best! !! I've loved music my entire life, and have been wanting to learn how to play guitar since I was a teenager. But with my busy schedule and later, 4 children to add to the chaos, I had little hope of finding the time to become the guitar player I wanted to be. Not to mention, with our big family, I was worried about the cost of personalized lessons. But lessons with this company are EXTREMELY  affordable, and Chris is such a wonderful and patient instructor. He tailors each lesson to my own personal experience level, and I have to say I'm blown away by how much I've learned in such a short period of time!! I absolutely love this company! It truly is for all ages and stages of artistic and musical interest. I had put off my desire to learn guitar for more than a decade, due mainly to the demands of working and raising four children. I was concerned about not only time constraints, but also financial restrictions. However, I am so truly thankful that I stumbled across this company and decided to pursue lessons! The prices are extremely affordable, even for a large family, and it was much easier than I thought to carve out a little time for myself each week. I have come so far in such a short time with my guitar-playing abilities thanks to my wonderful instructor, Chris. He tailors each lesson based on my own personal experience level and interests. My 10 year old daughter has been taking voice lessons with Chris for a couple of years now and loves it! We knew early on that she loved singing and figured we would try and find a place to improve her natural talent. She also wanted to try piano and Chris offered to teach her that also but we found singing was her favorite, it was nice to have the option though. My daughter was automatically comfortable with Chris right off the bat, he is great with kids and sometimes acts like a big kid himself! His prices were the lowest in town but not the quality!!
