Molly came out to the house to give us suggestions and show samples of window treatments. She was very personable and helpful. Gave us a lot of good input. She was very quick to respond with a quote and when I had questions about changes. The order was ready quickly and though there was a slight mix-up in the scheduling, but when Thomas came to do the install (with his assistant Roy) it went very smoothly. They were careful with our floors and furniture, and with putting up the new blinds. the next day we found one bracket that wasn't fully installed, but was easy for us to fix. Molly came to quote and was a pleasure to work with, right on time and gave a fair price. We went with shutters, a huge investment. The installer was a struggle... unresponsive, didn't answer his phone or call back when we left voicemails, then cancelled on us the morning of the day that he was supposed to come and was slow to respond to give us a new time. We have used Creative Interiors Design on 3 separate projects at our home over the last 2 years.  Paul has been fantastic to work with.  He came to our home and patiently worked with us to select the best style window treatment, fabrics and colors to insure a successful project.  The installation crews for our 3 projects that included window blinds, curtains and shutters, were amazing.  They showed up on time and were ready to get to work.  They were neat and clean and had everything installed quickly.  Most importantly everything was installed correctly on each of these projects.    My wife and I highly recommend using Paul B. and Creative interiors Design! We are extremely pleased with the service and the product. Kenny showed up when he said he would and was very nice to do business with. The window shades look great. The biggest deal was when the shade we had just had restrung had the cord accidently cut by us. We took it down to their office to have it fixed and they restrung it right then and did not charge us. Great service! Got a quote from Home Depot as Hunter Douglas blinds were on sale, not only did Creative's price match that of Home Depot but also the blinds were better quality line above what Home Depot wanted to sell me.  In addition, the service was terrible at Home Depot whereas the service from Creative Interiors was great.  They came to my house to measure all my windows, they provided an installer which was a great value and did a great job.  And lastly, after I've had the blinds for a few months I needed to adjust one of them but lost the tool that does it, I emailed Todd and he called me the next day to tell me he ordered the tool in the mail for me!  I love my blinds and have been very happy with the product.  Also love that the crew there are CU grads, go Buffs!
