Incredible experience with Steve (Sr. and Jr.) and Greg.We had a detached garage razed and rebuilt. They were part of every aspect of the demo and build, doing all the demo and constructing themselves except the initial framing (which they monitored) They added extra wall joists to triple and quadruple up thickness for every opening. They demoed by hand to save the neighbor's property from and damage. The new garage is built better than my house. It came out so wonderful that I plan on making it an outdoor hang out spot, so I bought a shed to house everything that would have originally gone into the garage. I got a 5 - 6 foot frost wall, every stud was hand picked (center rings in every piece of lumber), Simpson Strong hurricane joist hangers, Box gable roof made with PVC (never peel or fade), insulated garage door, top of the line windows, all electrical extremely neat and tidy with 6 LED ceiling lights, two outdoor motion sensor LED lights, the works. I wish I had more pictures to share with you. As professional as they come. They were making sure everything was neat, they made sure my dog would not escape the yard or injure himself on any debris, brought in my trash barrels, I can't say enough. I had a great experience with Steve Doroni and Creative Home Improvements Mass . He installed new cabinets in my kitchen and removed the old base cabinets and the cardboard boxes in which the new ones came. The house was clean every night when I came home. Steve also cleaned out the kitchen waste pipe and installed new shut off values under the kitchen sink. Thanks for a great experience! More...
