Sarah and her staff were great to work with. It was awesome that they offered bartending service as well! We loved that we were able to incorporate our grandma's desserts into our wedding menu and that we could custom make our menu to fit us and our guests. Sarah had good communication leading up to the event. She did arrive at the event about 20 minutes before the cocktail/appetizer hour was to start so that made me a little nervous. When we asked her in the walk through if one banquet table was enough to serve she said yes but on the day of the event it was not enough space so we had to sacrifice the carving station. Generally during the event things seemed a little rushed but the job got done and everything went well. Sarah even let us borrow her coolers and lemonade dispensers free of charge. Nicole, the bartender was awesome and went above and beyond cleaning up, serving, setting up etc. Ultimately we love going with a family owned business that was able to cater to our needs. Thanks! Sarah and her crew catered my recent 50-person, family-farm wedding. From the initial planning to the big day, Creative Catering made everything as stress free as possible! Sarah is AMAZING at communication! All questions were answered in a timely manner!
My husband and I wanted a breakfast theme during our brunch-hour reception. Sarah was realistic and upfront with us while planning our menu so that all of our guests would have the best breakfast buffet experience possible. I should note that the Creative Catering crew had to drive from Paw Paw to Tekonsha (an hour!) to make this all happen! Food stayed hot and in-tact (even the crepe cake!) during the drive to the rustic farm venue. Her staff was lovely and served and bused tables.
Now to the food. So good! I've heard so many great things about the sausage links, french toast casserole, and cheesy potatoes. Only regret was not making the crepe cake bigger... IT WAS AMAZING. There were challenges (eggs getting soggy, food getting dry, whipped topping melting) to having breakfast transported an hour by car to our venue but I'm so glad we had Creative Catering to help figure out solutions! We are a traveling soccer team and getting dinner reservations for 50 people on a Saturday evening can be hard. We came across Creative Catering and decided to have them cater a team dinner in the hotel's breakfast room for us. The owner Sarah Cox was great and handled everything for us including setting it up. We were very impressed, the portions were spot on and everyone raved about the food.
