I use Creations almost every single week to cater my work luncheons. They are on time and have the best food every single time! ! Ive been so impressed that I used them for a personal event (baby shower) recently and also hired their bar tenders and servers. I have had a few experiences with this catering company and you always find that sometimes a lot of little things can go wrong when not making food yourself. Not with Creations! We had a Grand Showcase event of Isole Villas this past week. We had the pleasure of using this company and would highly recommend them! !! Their staff was polite and professional!!! Aaron and team were an integral part of my company's tradeshow! We sell produce and I had hired them on to cook some of our product live within the tradeshow for 2 straight days out of a very unconventional kitchen. Not only did they look and act professionally, but they setup an incredibly beautiful display within our booth. Not only did I get to experience creations as a guest a few weeks ago at a wedding, but I also got to experience them as a bride this weekend. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki and her staff. The food was AMAZING and Nikki was so incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. All of our guests were telling us how much they loved the food. Nikki made sure we had food sent up to us before the reception began and also made us a plate to go to enjoy in our hotel room that night. The staff and bartenders were so sweet and helpful. This was my son's wedding and since he and Crysta live in Michigan, I was more involved than I might otherwise have been. The professionalism was outstanding as was the attention to detail . But in the end it all comes down to taste...it was fantastic! Chef Aaron is a genius in the kitchen. Creations catered our wedding in November 2017 and it was more than we could have asked for. Working with Nikki on our menu planning and tasting was great. She answered any and all questions we had. Breanna was our day of catering coordinator and she was awesome! We even had our own personal waiter during the cocktail hour and the reception. He made sure we had food and drink during our photos which was very nice. The food that Chef Aaron creates is beyond delicious. He takes such pride in his work. Everyone on their team did a great job. Set up and tear down went smoothly. Creations catering catered my holiday party and I couldn't have asked for a better caterer to do it. From dealing with Nikki in the beginning to the professionalism of chef Aaron and his crew, they made me feel like I was their only customer answering every question in full and in detail. We don't even know where to start! Chef Aaron's team at Creations is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again just for the purposes of experiencing the quality service and food we received. Nikki and Breanna are great! Helpful all the way through. They were on top of the tasting and all the major and minor details of our wedding. They were thorough in providing us exactly what we asked for. The food was phenomenal! Our guest are still raving about it 2 weeks later. Every aspect of the dinner was great from the chicken wellington all the way down the last grain of rice. The passed hors d'oeuvres just kept coming and the guest kept eating. The mac and cheese croquettes are always an explosion of guest pleasure. The honey ham biscuits crushed it too! Really the food was amazing! Worth every penny! I want to mention the serving staff was great. They were on top of everything, they even made sure that anyone who had a hard time getting around had food brought to them. Our dedicated server was on top of our drinks, food and cake! Never had to ask for anything! The bar staff... The bar staff was awesome. They crushed it! We had two signature drinks that both took some skill time to make right and they nailed it. The guest loved the fun and joyful atmosphere they created to making the drinks. Really we couldn't have hoped, prayed, or paid for a better experience. We used Creations Catering and Events for my daughter's brunch-time wedding this weekend. Nikki was easy to communicate with, she understood what I was asking for, and the price was perfect. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on the fact that "it didn't taste like catered food"! The whole crew was awesome and took care of things so that I didn't have to even think about it during the reception. They packed all of the remaining food up and cleaned the kitchen so well that you wouldn't have even known they were in there.  I'm so grateful that on my first time hiring a caterer, I found someone to work with who followed through with everything they promised, and more!! Just recently my friends wedding was catered by Creations Catering and Events in Sanford, and I attended the initial tasting, as I am a bridesmaid, have attended many weddings, and am a decent cook, and expect a lot for the money. We worked mostly with Monica, but met the chef as well. I could start chronologically, but let's just cut to the chase. From the tasting, the personal service, the variety of choices, and almost most importantly, the price, we got it all!!! Almost $20 pp cheaper than a wedding recently involved with at a fancy downtown Orl.Historical Bed and Breakfast, and CCE was soooo much more delicious!Monica came with several attendants/servers/set-up on time, had all of her linens, supplies, everything she needed. Her people were sweet, and we had a cash bar with a very nice bar tender, who also served free tea and lemonade. The food was perfect. Fancy salad with cheese, fruit, special greens, very flavorful and seasoned vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes, rolls, Tender Beef Burgundy, Chicken Piccata-I think-it was a few months ago-... We had desserts in addition to the wedding cake (read review for Patricia Ames "Cake Designers-Wedding Cake Creations" in Sanford , who was recommended by this caterer and is the best ANYWHERE).Busing of tables was discrete and prompt (former waitress talking here), cleanup was thorough, and there were no areas that we could have asked to be better.
