We have never used an architect before, but we are so glad that we chose you, you listened to our ideas and gave us relevant feedback with realistic timescales and costs. We were amazed that having met you for the first time on a Thursday that you had taken time out to not only produce the plans as quickly as possible, but you also posted them by hand two days later on the Sunday! You have always responded very quickly with any adjustments that we wanted on the plans and emailed the changes back to us within hours and your help with gaining planning permission and negotiating the various legalities required has been second to none and as a result it has kept the process running very smoothly and stress free for us. 2016. A close friend called over to show me the plans and associated paperwork prepared for her by Creation Design. I have some experience of preparing technical documents and was blown away by the quality of the material I was shown.
