My therapies help with physical and emotional issues that go on in our lives, e.g stress, tension, relationship and bullying issues. addictions back pain, sports injuries, RSI but to name a very few things I can help with.

I have only had 3 sessions with Anne so far the first week she used reiki and Bowen therapy and the second week she also added life alignment my purpose of visiting Anne was to help heel stiffness and pain which has developed in my right wrist which travels down to my fingers and palm which causes me pain and discomfort especially during the evening and morning, so far in week 2 the stiffness has eased a bit and I’m not having to wrap my wrist in a support every night I can already see an improvement and I hope by the end of my sessions I will see a significant improvement. On my third session I decided to go for her aroma touch massage as I have had an exhausting week and it was just what I needed to relax. Fantastic alternative to drugs and medicine.After having my gallbladder removed 5 months ago I really struggled with my health and in particular my digestion. Whilst I await some further tests (still) on the NHS, I decided to explore some alternative methods and saw Anne for 6 sessions of Bowen Therapy and Reiki. Needless to say my emotional mindset and day to day management of discomfort and pain has improved a LOT.Anne and I are now looking at scar tissue/lesion treatment and although it’s only been two sessions so far, the results have been instant and pretty staggering. Just before Christmas I was in agony with back pain. For me it was the icing on the cake of a roller coaster year. I wasn't in a very good place at all; physically, mentally or emotionally. Seniha recommended Anne and gave me her card. I took it and tucked it in my phone for safe keeping and left it there! And then I hit rock bottom - excruciating pain in all my joints. Doctors visits, blood tests and very strong painkillers with terrible side affects, I decided was not the solution. At that point I remembered Anne's card. I read it again and made an appointment. I'd never heard of Bowen therapy or Life Alignment before but was ready to try anything.I was welcomed by a very friendly and smiley face. Anne listened to me and suggested we start with Bowen therapy. I lay on the bed in her studio, calming music and soothing smells of essential oils relaxed me. I didn't know what to expect, "something between physio and osteo but not chiro," I thought as Anne had explained it was gentle. However, I wasn't expecting it to be as gentle as it was. Anne applied light pressure to certain parts of my body with intervals of rest to relieve any blockages - none of the massaging, teasing and manipulation of my body I'd prepared myself for. "How will this work?" I thought. "I should have done some research beforehand." At the end of the session, I was advised to drink plenty of water and rest. Which I did - I slept for 3 hours and felt surprisingly drained and tired considering the lack of physical exertion. Over the following couple of days, my pains eased and I was mobile again. During the last 6 sessions I have had a variation of Bowen therapy, Reiki and Life Alignment. They have helped me overcome the physical pain and manage the mental and emotional stresses of my life. Through the Life Alignment and Reiki I have been able to tackle and resolve some of my personal 'baggage'. I have been able to explore and expose things that are holding me back and causing unhappiness, giving me a better understanding of how best to deal with them. Over the past several years I have seen a Chiropractor and a physiotherapist about back ache, with both of them I have had to have numerous visits sometimes every few days and it has taken along time to see the benefits of either of these treatments, yet after just 2 visits to see Anne I have had better and faster results , and also saved myself from ongoing pain and inconvenience of both pain and regular visits. The life alignment work that Anne has done with me has been extraordinary and totally unexpected.Initially, I didn't know what life alignment meant or what Reiki was (actually I thought it was some form of martial arts, how wrong was I! ) After just a few meetings, I am feeling more in control and confident in my general outlook on life but also understand it is only the beginning.On a couple of occasions in the past, I heard my friends talk about the benefits of Reiki but I never really thought it was for me, partly because I didn't understand fully what the treatment entailed. I went to see Anne because I was suffering with migraines, back ache and digestive problems. I found that Anne's gentle, caring approach and use of intuition to apply the right techniques at the right time left me feeling so much better. I felt more like my old self again, pain-free and with more energy. If I missed a session, my migraines would start to creep back, and the niggles in my back would return.
