I started out in my early school year (2010) with the dream of becoming a fashion designer. While doing fashion design studies for 3 years (Fashion as practical and design theory) at the Tygerberg art school I fell in love with the design aspect itself after visiting the Design Indaba in 2012.

Describe your creative process.
1. First i find out what exactly the client is looking for and what they need.
2. Sending a quote for the designs needed.
3. Getting the information needed in order to start the design. (Logo ideas, Colour, Slogan as an example)
4. Come up with 4 to 6 design ideas. (Client can mix and match)
5. Rendering to final designs. (Sends final previews to client)
6. Client receives PDF, Jpeg and Png format.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
1. What are they looking to have done. (Detailed Brief in Word)
2. Their ideas inline with what they want designed.
3. Colour Preferences or style ideas.
What do you love most about your job?
The design / social media and website design.
I love assisting new and existing businesses succeed in their business design and marketing goals to what they want to achieve but also make their brand image a success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sitting at my first job in 2014 doing the same thing everyday I just felt that something was different, I did not enjoy it as much as I do now while freelancing. At a permanent job your have a strict structure designing for one brand but what I love is with freelancing I can help others succeed in their business brand in various fields of businesses. This makes me the happiest in design.

I design everything from brochures, to websites, to wedding stationery. I particularly love doing logo and corporate identity design as this gives me the opportunity to design something that will represent my client's company in a way that is eye catching, attracts clients and provides a professional image of the company in the market place. I am passionate about design, I have a knack for producing beautiful, simple and effective solutions for my clients.
