My mortgage application was very complex due to my huge credit card balance/commitments. I had applied for my mortgage through one of top UK intermediaries but my application was rejected. I was informed it was due to my credit card balance. I then approached four more intermediaries they all refused to take my case as they felt it was waste of their time. I came to know about Crayon through my work senior. I contacted Crayon service and explained my situation to Mr Suchit. Mr Suchit was very pleasant and passed on my case to Ms Arifa Nazir. Ms Nazir ensured in collecting all the necessary documents to support my case and dedicatedly spent more than 3 weeks in researching the entire market and finally got me a mortgage offer. I was thrilled and had no words to express my gratitude.
I would like to thank Ms Arifa Nazir for her professionalism and commitment (she responded to emails and phone calls during her time off to keep me posted about my application status)
I have taken mortgages with different intermediaries in the past but I have never experienced such a wonderful and dedicated service.
I will always use Crayon Finance (Ms Arifa Nazir) for my future mortgage applications as well.

I highly recommend crayon financial services, they are on the pricy end compared to other mortgage brokers however if you are desperate and need to get things done quickly and your looking to save on your monthly repayments then these guys are worth paying for.
Our case handler was Arifa and she did a great job of getting our mortgage offer approved within just few days. She communicates with you at every step of the way (usually you would be chasing the broker for updates or progress) she contacts you so you have a complete assurance.
