Ordered a product on line for a pick up at the Kenwood store. When I went to pick it up I decided not to take it. They canceled the order but I noticed the charges had not been removed from my card. I called today and the woman that answered the phone was great! She was very pleasant and check the status. Look, I love Crate and Barrel, the products are excellent and typically I get excellent customer service. However just a note from one retail jockey to another, when checking someone out at the register at least act like you want to be at work today. Throwing around tissue paper and scissors while you box up my items makes it appear that you hate your life. Which you might, but customers don't need to be privy to your self loathing. More...
