Manufactured a lift part from a sample with impeccable accuracy, invoiced and handed back over within approx 6 hours of receiving the sample. I have dealt with plenty of fabrication workshops in the past but none come close to the efficiency experienced here. Client will be over the moon with the response as the manufacturers had advised the part would take 3/4 weeks to import from Italy and they are a busy Central London office with some disabled staff who depend on the lift. This is a really good engineering firm that recently modified a few pulleys and other bits and pieces for me.
Their estimate of how long it would take was quick but then they managed to turn it all round in even less time! The price was good and I'll definitely go back there again... even with all the bloomin' speed bumps along the road!
