Joe and Jacky with Crane Realty are the best of the best! As a first time homebuyer, the process was very intimidating, but Joe and Jacky made the process so simple! No question was too silly to ask, they both made sure that we felt informed and confident throughout the whole process. Communication was a breeze too- texts, calls, in-person meetings, e-signing, emails- they do it all in order to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for their buyers. Jacky's ability to break down complex processes into easily understood steps is priceless. Joe's construction knowledge and down to earth mentality is so helpful when looking at properties. The two together are unbeatable! After a few years of dragging our feet and waffling over wanting to buy or not we finally decided we were ready, and Joe and Jacky were still there ready and willing to help us out! We looked at a few listings I had picked out and were feeling a little disappointed about the properties available in our price range. Jacky came to the rescue with a recently re-listed property that was just what we were looking for. Jacky got us in as the first showing, only hours after it had relisted. She coached us through the offer submitting process and here we are just a few short weeks later as first-time homeowners! The Crane Realty Group made our first time home-buying experience so incredibly smooth and much easier than I ever thought purchasing a house could be! Because my husband and I have different styles, we looked at several houses until we found the right one for us. Joe and Jacky were very patient throughout the searching process. Jacky and Joe were the best realtors you could hope to find! From the first contact through to the time after the sale they have been professional, friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and simply amazing. Jacky sat down with us over coffee to walk us through the whole process, she LISTENED to what we were looking for, our budget, our needs and our concerns. From that moment on we felt like we were searching for our house with a dear friend. Every viewing was an enjoyable experience, something we looked forward to doing. Even when the process was taking longer than hoped and spirits were starting to get low, meeting up with Jacky and Joe always renewed our hope and joy. Their experience and knowledge helped us to avoid pit falls and know what to look for. Even though you know they must have other clients, we always felt like number one. Jacky worked tirelessly for us, seriously we don't know how she did it! Once we found the right house the whole Crane team including Melissa, pushed and worked to make sure the closing process went as smoothly as possible. In the end we couldn't be happier! Even after we have closed and moved in, Jacky still keeps in contact and is available to answer questions and offer help. We miss looking at houses with Jacky, and consider asking for a viewing just to catch up and enjoy the process once again!
