Craig has been my PT for over a year now...he has driven me to great levels of fitness for my age (I’m 57), which has led me to lose 50kg. ..yes!! that’s over 100lbs in just 14 months...I was 27 stone when totally embarrassed about the state of myself, I walked into the gym and asked for his help. I couldn’t do 30 seconds of exercise without being out of breath or feeling sick. Craig has worked so hard with me just with three sessions a week (2 x 1-2-1 fitness, strength and conditioning, plus 1 x MMA Fitness) that I now, for a warm up, do 5 x 3 minute rounds of boxing pad work before going into my normal sessions. Patience, judgement if my abilities and capabilities, encouragement, friendship and understanding my needs based on my age and attitude etc. have been exceptional. I honesty stand here, a better, healthier, fitter man...with lots more work to do...but knowing I have changed my lifestyle, not had to go on silly diets, not killed myself in doing it etc...and whilst I needed to have the desire to do this; it would never have been achievable with Craig... He doesn’t realise it because he is a humble guy...but without him and his input, none of this would’ve been possible. I’ve had some lunchtime BJJ sessions with Craig and rolled with him a few times prior. Craig is very knowledgeable when it comes to martial arts and has a proven track record in the MMA world. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their feet wet in the MMA world or just looking to improve their general fitness and learn self defence.
