Caroline made our wedding cake and it was absolutely fabulous, we were left without a cake maker a few months before our wedding and Caroline was recommended to us. She was super from start to finish, from the initial discussions and meeting her I felt like she understood what I wanted even though I didn't fully know myself. The cake was delicious and we had so many guests say so too along with many many compliments on how beautiful it looked. I ordered a 2 tier rainbow cake from Caroline for my daughters 10th birthday. The service that I got was outstanding and the cake looked fabulous.
All of our party guest commented on how lovely the cake tasted.

Wow wow and more wow. When I first contacted Caroline I had no idea what or how I wanted my daughters Rapunzel themed birthday cake. I sent Caroline various photos of cakes and to be honest was just expecting an exact replica of one of the photos! Oh no I got better, Caroline combined all the photos and added her very own magic too!! We had a two tier cake with Rapunzel tower. The amount of detail on the tower and cakes were amazing. Caroline made a cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday and the cake was the talking point of the party. Everyone was so impressed not only with the design but also the taste of.
We are so glad we booked Caroline for this event and others are also going to try and book her too.
We didn't know what design we wanted, so gave a general theme of jungle animals and Pepper Pig. And the design Caroline came up with was amazing, we couldn't ask how anything better. I really didn't want to cut it. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to book her again! Thank you so much.

I have had the pleasure of Caroline's creations twice now. The first was creating a bunch of completely unique and bespoke cupcakes for my office which were incredible.
Extremely well made, professional looking and absolutely delicious cupcakes.
The second was a birthday cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. The cake was Disney princess themed and was stunning, both to look at and taste. The cake was two tiered with one tier being strawberry milkshake and the other chocolate. Both tiers tasted great and I have never seen a birthday cake eaten so quickly, with everyone going back in for seconds.
We will absolutely be using Caroline again in the future and I can recommend you do the same!
