Jen was excellent at replying promptly to messages, and sending out a clear invoice including all the requirements we'd discussed for my Dad's birthday cake. I decided to collect, but she gave me to option of delivering which was useful. The cake itself was beautifully created - we had so many comments saying how wonderful it was. Not only that, but it tasted incredible! Moist sponge with a delicious filling. We opted for a Victoria sponge and a chocolate sponge, both of which were very tasty indeed. What do you love most about your job?
I love creating edible works of art which add that special sense of occasion to events. Constantly refining techniques and skills is my passion and therefore I enjoy every aspect of the process of creating something new!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have baked for years and always made cakes for birthdays and weddings! As more and more of my time was being used to go to workshops based around all things cakes and constantly in the kitchen, I decided to create crafted cakes and bakes and pour all my passion into my brand.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work closely with each client to ensure they get their dream creation! I put together designs based on their ideas or if they would like to give me free reign based on a few colours, I love getting creative for them. Especially when it comes to the chaos of planning a wedding, by choosing crafted cakes, it is one less thing to worry about!
