What do you love most about your job?
I believe coaching people on workplace issues is my calling. I see what I do as providing the scaffolding necessary to help them grow. My success is entirely dependent on how well I can motivate my clients to succeed in achieving their goals. This means pushing them in a constructive and compassionate manner. I love to see my clients thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found throughout my earlier career it wasn't business or technical issues, but interpersonal challenges that continually undermined productivity and being most effective. After earning a master's degree in applied behavioral science, I found I was uniquely qualified with both the education and practical organizational experience to provide solutions.

Yes. I meet most of my clients via Zoom, but can work with any platform and therefore have clients all around the country. I can meet my clients face-to-face as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Primarily, this led to my providing coaching via Zoom.
