If your looking to get your carpets cleaned you have to call CR Surface Care !!! Don't look anywhere else they are amazing ! First he arrived on time and was extremely friendly! I felt very comfortable letting him into my floor. My carpets have not been cleaned in about 3 years and my there was an area where my dog liked to pee. So safe to say my carpets were nasty. I was blown away after he cleaned them ! They looked AMAZING ! I was speechless! The odor from the pee was gone and all the black dirt was gone ! I will never go to anyone else. Jeff is an owner operator and WOW- did an Amazing Job!! Took time to carefully clean all our carpet and tile. Protected the door frame corners and was careful not to bump, ruin, nick any walls or woodwork or furniture. Wonderful to have someone pleasant in our home and do the job the right way. Being a Las Vegas native it's awesome when you can find someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't try to scam or overcharge you here in Vegas. Jeff from CR is great, he did a fantastic job. He cleaned our carpet upstairs and tile downstairs. The price he quoted me at the beginning was what I paid at the finish, there wasn't any hidden charges or extras he tried to get. This is a common trick a lot of "other guys " try once they start. I can understand why he doesn't really need to advertise because I'm sure he stays busy from just word of mouth. Thank you so much Jeff of CR Surface Care! I was looking for a reputable carpet cleaning company in Las Vegas to clean the house my Aunt is moving out of. CR Surface Care came highly recommended to me through a friend so I figured I would give them a try. My aunt is elderly and was having a hard time getting everything 100% out of the house before Jeff  arrived. He was such a gentleman.  He was so patient with her and even helped her move the remaining furniture onto the moving truck.   My aunt tired to tip him for the extra help, but Jeff would not accept it.  The Cleaning was done methodically and the end result was fabulous.  The carpets were like new when he was finished. They were soft to the touch and dried within 45 minutes.  My aunt had a small dog and Jeff was able to get all the stains and odors out of the carpets.  There was even a stain from a plant pot that I though for sure would be there for ever, but it was no problem for Jeff. My aunt also had granite counter tops in her kitchen.  Jeff was able to bring back the mirror like shine.  I am positive that because of the excellent work done by CR Surface Care my aunt was able to sell her house quickly.  Thank you so much for your hard work! Do you ever go to a small, undiscovered restaurant that turns out to be amazing and you can't wait to go home and write a Yelp review and tell everyone about how awesome the food and experience was? Well that's how I felt after Jeff came to our place to give us an estimate. We texted Jeff (he prefers text) and he contacted us back right away (A+++) and came over that afternoon. He charges significantly less than his competitors for tile cleaning (ex. $0.30 less per foot than Stanley Steamer- it would have costed us $500 more to have Stanley Steamer come in. I won't name other competitor prices, but they were all similar to Stanley Steamer prices). Jeff was extremely friendly and very thorough with his explanations. He showed us videos of previous houses he has done- the before and after pictures. HUGE difference! We were sold. He is good with dogs, he moves all of the furniture and does the cleaning himself- no need to worry about strangers coming into your home. He was able to schedule us for our cleaning the following week. We moved some of the easier pieces, such as chairs, out of the way before he came. He moves all of the basic furniture on his own, couch, chests, etc. but left the heavier things unmoved- piano, china cabinet. He puts furniture protectors on the furniture so that the steam does not get soaked up into the furniture and cause discoloration. My only problem with CR Surface Care was that they missed a pretty large spot in the master's bedroom bathroom. We texted Jeff about it the following day and he told us that he would come back in to fix it, but never did. If it wasn't for that the rest of the work done on the house deserves 5 stars. More...

I had the recent pleasure of dealing with Jeff of CR Surface Care.  First let me tell you that Jeff is Very personable and a real decent human being.  A family member recently passed and Jeff was very accommodating to my situation and needs.  Thanks again Jeff.Now for the work.  The man does it all.  Had him clean the carpets, granite counter tops were cleaned as well and sealed.  As was the marble vanity in the bathroom and the travertine tile too.  He was in the house most of the day.  Even recleaning areas I thought were fine.  Jeff has an eye for detail.  Highly recommend this man and his company.  If you're looking for cheap shoddy work don't call this place.  But if you want high quality work this is your man.
