Dropped 5 lbs in the 2 weeks of on-ramp with no significant change to my diet. Great coaching and teaching! I have been an athlete in some shape, form, or fashion my entire life.
I highly recommend this on ramp for anyone considering Crossfit as their alternative to personal fitness.

We did a drop in while in town from Dallas, my son plays football at Millsaps college in Jackson. Coyote Crossfit was an awesome experience. Very cool coaches with superb instruction. Clean and aesthetically appealing facility with great equipment. Everyone welcomed us and the WOD was competitive and quick. I'm sold, coyote will be my box away from home for my sons college years.
