Amazing food and cocktails and unparalleled views of the bay. Had the daily soup which was prime rib with chanterelle mushrooms and lentils and it was mouthwatering. Sat at the bar and had 5* service. The cocktail section was effective, we both had steaks done to our likeness. Happy hour from 8pm till close offered us some yummy chicken wings with honey bourbon bbq sauce as an appetizer for our late dinner. The Caesar's are really where it's at here! Options include smoked salmon or prawns and onion rings and beef tenderloin ($18) or lobster tail with crab legs for $34! I had the Titan with grilled prawns, tenderloin and the best onion rings. Fantastic place to stop for breakfast if you're on your way to Victoria from Nanaimo or the other way around. The Chorizo Hash was perfect, just the right amount of spice and the waitress was right, I didn't need toast as the Chorizo Hash was enough! The BC Benny was also excellent. Perfectly cooked eggs, very nice with fresh salmon, arugula, tomato and the hollandaise was very tasty. Both dishes highly recommended for breakfast if your in the area. I've been here twice. The first time was amazing. Everything was so good. The second time was a little lacklustre. They need to step up their dessert game. Our table had a sticky toffee pudding that wasn't sticky or puddingy at all. It was more like a dried out 4 day old muffin drizzled in caramel sauce. Then the creme brulee was more like a runny pudding with a crispy top. It didn't hold it's shape in the spoon like a proper creme brulee. First visit to this place for breakfast. Beautiful and relaxing view of the bay. A far cry from the York Diner where you look out through barred windows into either the parking lot where you need to keep an eye on your car so it isn't stolen, or a view of the ghetto with all the tweaking junkies. Food was very good, they have a decent $10 breakfast special.
