I contacted Brian after home renovations when all my chairs and carpets needed a total deep. clean as it was full of dust and very dirty. With delays in the renovations we had to reschedule twice. Brian and his team accommodated the delays and still managed to fit us in when we were ready. I went away for the weekend and came home to find my couches and chairs looking amazing.
