The customer service (refresh/track tightening) here is impeccable from the manager who helped me when I walked in to the stylist who performed my service to the owner who spoke with me prior to leaving. The salon is located in a central area in the city so not difficult to get to although there isn't an adjoining parking lot and meters are exactly 2 hours.
