I needed to find a gown for my brothers wedding along with other events that I was a part of and I decided to go to the fashion district. Â I shopped around in many stores but this store in specific caught my eye. Â Not only did they have gorgeous gowns but the customer service from Claudia was amazing. Â I personally get overwhelmed when a store has a million types of dresses to sort from but this store and the lay out was easy on the eyes and you were able to see everything without feeling overwhelmed. Â Claudia helped me find the perfect gown for my event, she was super honest and patient. She also made the ordering process very easy. Â Claudia is sweet and sassy and makes things happen. Went to Couture Shop in dtla's  fashion district. My friend was looking for a mom of groom dress. With Claudia's help, she finally found a dress that "knocked her socks off! Took a trip to downtown la with my wife to purchase a dress for an upcoming event. The atmosphere was welcoming and there was no sales pressure. The sales associate was helpful. Would recommend to all.Another plus, easy parking. I had to edit the review to also state that they provide a 20% discount if and only if you provide a positive review on yelp. That's great and all, but it was an inconvenience at time of checkout when you're in a hurry to get somewhere and they won't provide the 20% discount as promised over the phone (no yelp review requirement mentioned at that time). Tip to business: provide the g eat service you provided to us and give the 20% discount as promised without forcing your customers to give yelp reviews. Then and only then I am sure you will get your reviews and provide a better customer experience for your customers. Due to this I will have to down grade my rating to 4/5. More...
