Amazing customer service!!! I have not YET used their services **but have had an amazing experience thus far while preparing to plan my baby shower. I contacted them this morning via their Instagram page and was met with a response back within seconds!!! I was given a contact number and with that contact number I communicated with somebody via text message who showed great professionalism,was to the point, and had quick responses. Without them knowing I have had terrible experiences with vendors especially when dealing with ones from social media so for them to be so kind, so fast, and so professional really meant a lot to me and shows they’re serious about their business, which only makes me want to choose them more! They have definitely turned my outlook around on using vendors I find on social media and I am definitely interested in using them for my baby shower even more now! I believe the quote I was given was fair in return for the services that they offer and I can tell that in photos which clearly speak for themselves! They seem to have the whole package deal I use a family member for deserts so I didn’t need assistance with that but in case you’re wondering they have a package that includes pricing for that as well, which I find really convenient for their customers. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience and and just by the short incounter i’ve had this morning I can definitely say I would recommend this company based solely on professionalism so I can only imagine how pleased I will be to work with them in the future (hopefully the near future).
