What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to create an event that is memorable for them and their guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My parents owned a Meat Market ever since I was a child. I also love to cook and have Chefs who also share that passion. I have combined my knowledge of truly good meat along with my love of cooking to create a catering business designed to bring to life your special day. Whether that is a backyard BBQ or an elegant full course meal. Guests will always remember the food, GOOD or BAD . Let me help you to give them something delicious to remember. We offer Tastings so you can taste for yourself.
Why should our clients choose you?
Being in the Meat business has given me a vast knowledge of meat . What cuts to use, and how to prepare it for maximum tenderness and flavor. I also come from a long line of Pa Dutch cooks who know how to prepare hearty and delicious meals.
