I offer private counselling for couples and individuals. My key areas of expertise are working with depression, anxiety and stress. I also work with people with eating disorders and disordered eating, i am currently studying for a masters in obesity care and management.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Understanding that without help and insight people often live in a way that is limiting and unfulfilling, i wanted to be able to work with people to enable a more fulfilled and satisfying life
