Ms Taff was great! But after my 11 appointments that were authorized by the VA Choice Program (VACP), I was told by the staff that the VACP did not approve further appointments. I called the VACP to inquire the reason why I was denied, and was told that Counseling Solutions never requested additional appointments. Damn shame.....Ms Taff is a good person, a great counselor, but I'm done with a facility whose staff lies to patients! More...

I came to Debbie as a hot mess express and I feel like I blurt out all the negative things in my life and am accepted regardless of my problems and pain. The customer service and care I've received is like no other mental health professional group I've found since I've lived in Texas. After many years of personal and professional relationships with the owners, counsellors and staff, I can honestly say that the Adult, Child and Family Counselling center has exceeded my expectations. I don't believe in expressing my support, endorsement, advertisement or commendment of any individual, business, practice or product with a loose or light air, but when I do find myself in the rare position of finding extraordinary services within an establishment, I maintain complete honesty when objectively reviewing such places. In other words, I have never and will never support something or someone that I have not had personal experience with, and that I have not found (in my opinion) to be as close to perfection as possible. Loyalty, professionalism, confidentiality, open-minded communication, empathetic reception and a wide range of effective therapy and Counselling techniques are just a few of the positive attributes that my children and I witnessed and experienced while we were in treatment with a number of this facility's independent counsellors, all of whom offered an array of personal, unique skill-sets and tutelage, and every one with a wide range of individual, yet equally enlightening insights, qualifications, specialities, degrees, and personal experiences. The atmosphere of generalized unification and mutual respect between the counsellors and staff is palpable when you enter the building, as is the almost undefinable, yet unmistakable sense of welcoming comfort which is marked with the rarity of an nonjudgemental air. My children and I received guidance and clarity from the counsellors here during multiple trials, tribulations and times of hardship, and without the assistance offered and received from this business, I don't believe we would have successfully overcome and recovered from the plight of the burdens. I hope everyone has had similar experiences within these walls and by the side and through the direction of it's counsellors. I would recommend this business and all affiliated businesses that are conveniently located on the same property to anyone within the Killeen-Ft. Hood area who are in need of help, Counselling, guidance or merely a friendly, trustworthy person to confide in. More...
