Relationship Coaching
I assist individuals (single or coupled) with learning how to effectively communicate your wants and needs in a relationship. I provide coaching on several relational issues, including attachment style, conflict resolution, and navigating the world of dating.
We will also tackle concepts such as codependency, boundaries, and shame.
Parenting Coach
I coach parents of children under age 10 on discipline strategy, family culture, bedtime/sleep habits, nutrition, screens, focus/concentration, and more. My goal is to help you actually enjoy parenting and value the time you spend with your kids, with fewer tantrums, less whining, and more connection.
Together, we will create a simple plan with actionable steps to take each week or month to begin simplifying your home life and giving your children the structure they crave.
Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, and Low Self-worth
I help individuals identify the parts of themselves that have been wounded and/or are in survival mode, keeping them from living authentically. We will work together on tackling shame, low self-esteem, and childhood emotional wounds. You will find a safe and open space to process pain, while being challenged to make changes that create the life you deserve.
