When I entered Counseling by Penny's (my Doctor recommended them), I was very nervous and scared. Loretta greeted me, explained the cost, and set up my initial appointment. The office setting is a very comforting atmosphere. The staff are very nice and professional. While I waited Loretta expressed a sincere concern for me offering me something to drink and asked if I needed anything. She made me feel at ease knowing it was my first time in the office.
