FINALLY !!!! Some GOOD MEATBALLS !!! I have searched far and wide in and around NOLA and this is the FIRST TIME I have found good meatballs and sauce. I really like the old school sauce( "red gravy"). It's cooked long and slow and you can definitely tell it's the real deal. House made bread is good too. GREAT SERVICE, super nice staff. Comfortable, casual place, really feel welcome and my business appreciated. Will definitely be back now that I have found a place that has REAL HOMEMADE ITALIAN FOOD ! More...

Great food! Check out the Veal Parmesan! Anything with their red sauce is amazing! Their desserts are great! Try a Cannoli!

Great friendly service caters to the middle age and up crowd. Had the grilled Italian chicken wrap with batter fries and had to ask for a go box. Very good.

The food was excellent and the service was both quick and friendly. The live music was a nice touch too. We'll definitely go back.

Moving back from NYC and having real pizza we had a hard time ordering from a chain Pizza Joint. Our plumber ended up being from Jersey and recommended Coscino's. Then I heard an ad on the radio talking about it also. It must have been fate :-) best pizza around. We go there all the time, dine-in & take-out, and love it!! More...

Very relaxed environment to spend time with the family and enjoy supper. Not our first time and definitely not going to be our last.

My number favorite truly local place to go. It's culture & quality are New Orleans only style, incredibly consistent local place. Mikes family works tirelessly to maintain the authenticity of a family owned restaurant. With their daughter Danni picking up the mantle ensuring customers are completely satisfied, it will go on to become one of New Orleans ledgendary places to dine. More...

After reading the reviews I expected a lot, and it was everything I expected it to be. We ordered the fried eggplant appetizer then we split a muffaletta, and finally topped it off with an Italian cannoli. I will definitely go back.

Food is wonderful, servers are polite and helpful, the restaurant is clean and tables aren't stacked on top of each other.
The entertainment is top notch, not just the music but the atmosphere. When the family is there spirits run high and things can get loudly enthusiastic
The homemade red sauce and garlic knots are the best things ever. I'd give 10 stars just for those. The rest of my family says the rest of the menu is amazing too (I tend to fill up on the pizza and knots ).

After seeing Coscino's Italian Grill on my Facebook news feed constantly, my husband and I decided to make the 45 minute drive to try it. Definitely worth the drive! The shrimp fettuccine was so delicious, the best I've ever had! And the pizza...dont get me started!! Fresh ingredients and homemade sauces are what makes the difference. Great food , live entertainment and a great casual atmosphere. We will definitely be back! More...

This pizza has the best crust South of the Mason Dixon line. Very NYC. The sauce is a little sweet for my taste, and the cheese needs a little more fat to make it really compete with New York pizza.
Aside from that, we have seen a few bands of the Fat City variety play here. It is a loud, family oriented place with good service and the occasional boisterous patron holding court at the bar.
