I've been a member of COS for 16 years and would have found it very difficult to have built my business without them. Ann has now visited me at my office on three occasions. Not only to train my on Xero but also to help me correct some accounts which had become a source of stress to me. I found her to be both patient and knowledgeable, going over things several times until I fully understood each process. She often gave more of her time than scheduled, also providing extra assistance via phone and email.
