What makes a great website?
A great site should be eye-catching, clear, and easy to navigate. A website is a communication tool for your business, and it should be designed to help your customers learn about you as easily as possible.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
If it's a new web design project, the first thing I'll do is ask the client to list a few sites that they like, so I can get an idea of their aesthetic. If it's an existing site that needs changes, or a sysadmin/network project, I'll ask what challenges the client is facing with their current setup so I can determine what needs to be improved.
What do you love most about your job?
I love using what I've learned over the past 20 years in tech to help other people. I love geeking out with my fellow tech folks, but I also really enjoy teaching people with little technical knowledge how to get the most out of their systems.

Office 365 Migration
If you have an onsite email server that requires regular maintenance and troubleshooting, it may be time to migrate your system to Microsoft Office 365! The cloud-based system allows for readily available email access from anywhere with an internet connection, as well as multiple subscription levels that allow you to include various application licenses as well (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). If you've been considering the switch, give us a call and we can walk you through the process.

Assessments and Optimization
Offices without dedicated IT support systems often suffer from slowdowns and poor performance that can be addressed and handled without long-term maintenance. We can do a complete assessment of your network and offer recommendations to improve performance. We can implement those fixes, or provide you with a report to share with your usual IT vendor.
