If most believe that buying a home is the second most dramatic event in ones life, only second to loosing a loved one, then it might be agreed that having a house built might be the 3rd most dramatic event. This certainly was not the case with this fine builder. There was no drama, only a real professional and high quality performance.From the development of estimates that led to budgets being approved for contracting, to the procurement and expediting phase through construction and make ready, it was a real pleasurable experience. Our Corp home was our third custom home built within the last 13 years and by far the best construction and the best experience.We were never having to deal with surprises and our request for late or last minute changes were dealt with without becoming a crisis and without becoming an uncomfortable cost issue. This was our first experience building a home. We met with other builders but knew the moment we met Paul, that God put him in our path for a reason! We were nervous about the process, not being familiar with what all went into a custom build, while also adjusting to life with a new baby. Our family owns a residential construction business so we know a lot about the process involved in building a new home.
