I placed an order for some cupcakes the night prior, and these guys responded within a few hours to let me know they'd received my order and it would be ready on time. I was really impressed. I live out of state and could not fly in for a bachelorette party so I wanted to send along some yummy treats for the ladies. The transaction over the phone was easy and the staff were polite. They were willing to deliver the cupcakes and they arrived within the agreed-upon time range. Used the website to order a small batch of cupcakes a few days ahead of my mom's birthday. Got an email back from one of the owners saying "Sounds great, see you then. "On the day the order was made for, showed up and the worker had no record of the order. That said, I was able to pick out a replacement batch without problem and he gave me a discount to make it right. He was very nice about it. In the end, everything was fine. But, if the order were larger, it might have been a different story.The cupcakes were liked: The black bottom betty's were a huge hit, though the chocolate birthday cakes got a general "meh." We ordered a 50th Anniversary cake for my parents that was delivered to a local restaurant where we held a party. First of all the cake was beautiful, with a white chocolate 50 on the top and white shells all around. Also, we had 3 tiers and each flavor was better than the next. In addition, the people at the bakery were delightful to work with in creating the right cake and ordering the right amount. Finally, the cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. BEST CUPCAKE EVER! my favorite is the the chocolate chip cookie brownie one! It is so good! I also like the coconut, birthday cake, red velvet and banana nut bread cupcake.
