My trusty old boiler has has some problems, but enough of the missis. Serviced over 12 months ago it suddenly started pouring out smoke. Worried we switched it off. Ray came out on a Sat to check it out knowing we have a baby and as regular customer no crazy call out charges. Diagnosing the issue as a faulty part that he proved before replacing caused by debris in our oil tank, he replaced the part and arranged to get the tank sortedEvery price was agreed up front and copies of part bills shown. No mark up on parts here.After 2 weeks of working fine today the boiler had a hick up. Ray advised not to touch it, came out at 9pm today after working in the SW and checked it out. All looks fine. Worked straight away. He gave me some advice on what to look out for and what may be an issue and no charge!Nice bloke and genuine. Comfortable having him in our home. Highly recommended. More...

I have had a few jobs now with Cornwall boiler services and I have been very happy with the service I had . I am a landlord and I like to support local businesses that I see potential in. They do a very reasonable price for servicing boilers and issuing a landlord safety certificate.they have installed a new bathroom for my tenants that are very happy with the finished look.I highly recommend the team as no job is too big for them. Cornwall boiler services have been great. I found them over Facebook. the lady in the office answered my call quickly and was able to send someone out to me as I had an emergency. I first made contact with Cornwall boiler services over rated people. They have been great, really fast service were able to get me into there busy work schedule to help me sort my heating and no hot water problem. After having no luck with another gas company as they promised to send someone out but they never turned up. I will now always contact Cornwall boiler services as they are reliable. Really genuine and explained to me how all the parts work on the boiler so I could understand what went wrong. I promised to leave them a review so here it is guys! I'm recommending you to everyone!
