Cornerstone Yoga provides the most unique and intense yoga experience I've ever had! I never hung upside down on a rope wall before (or anywhere else for that matter - see photo). That's me on the far right!

You don't know how to do a downward dog until you do it with Cindy. She is a hands on instructor and teaches you how to do it right. With having to have 3 years of training before she became the 2nd certified Iyengar yoga instructor in the state, she knows what she's doing, and is super passionate about it. Love her!

I have been at cornerstone yoga for going on 7 weeks . I feel better then I have in a long time. Cindy helps me increase my limits. I am a scuba diver and after being in these classes and taught the breathing technique, I have been able to decrease my use of the air in my tanks by over 1/2 and improve my buoyancy which increases my diving time !! Also Cindy is so patient and humble. It's something I look forward to knowing my day will start out great after her classes! More...

I love this place! The staff is great, the instructors are always friendly and helpful and the classes are never uncomfortably crowded. Also, as far as I know, it is the only yoga studio in Moore and one of the only studios in the state that teaches the Iyengar style of yoga. More...
