What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most is being able to empathize and help others in need! Clients don't come to a Private Investigator because the want to. They come because the NEED to. Most cases are very private and sensitive in nature. So when you have the experience, intelligence, passion, resources and a relentless drive to find the answers where others have failed, it is extremely gratifying knowing that a stranger confided in you and that they're better off because of the experience. Friends and family have come to me for advice since I was in elementary school. So it a true blessing to be in a chosen profession where my natural talents can be utilized and be compensated for it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an entrepreneurial spirit! So starting a business took little inspiration. However, I am passionate about my profession and love the diversity in the type of cases I have come across over the last 20 years. I need challenges in my life to keep me focused and motivated so starting a complex business where the cases and clientele vary drastically was probably the thing that inspired me the most.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have enough personal and professional experience that I can empathize with my client's circumstances. I have standards, so I don't need to chase money which also means that I don't take advantage of my client's. I offer free advice and routinely will try to help my clients resolve a problem by other means versus trying to make a quick sale! I am ethical, very detailed oriented (IE-written contracts to protect both parties), a perfectionist who demands personal accountability of myself first and those who work for and with my agency.

Yes, certain services can be done remotely and or online. We even offer covert remote surveillance solutions and much more.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We encourage potential clients to utilize remote meeting services such as Zoom but when client feel an in person meeting is necessary, we will schedule in person appointments at our office. Our conference rooms are cleaned after each meeting and wearing masks are optional.
