SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!What great service! Saturday and I arrived at 10am with my Macbook not working and they had the parts in stock and as promised called me by 12 to say my Mac was fixed, and the price was reasonable too. Pleasure to do business with a small company like this who clearly cares and is not there to rip off customers. Over the last 5 years I have found Core Technical Solutions to be a flexible, reliable and professional business able to provide telephone, remote and onsite support. They have helped our business roll out computers, mobile devices, servers, CCTV camera systems and on/off site backup solutions. They have also helped with repairs and upgrades saving me time and money when others businesses have advised me to replace. These guys were excellent. My Mac had some issue called an 'invalid sibling link' which is beyond the skills of most amateurs to resolve. The team here gave very clear, sensible advice and there was no effort to charge more than their minimum rate for the work required.
