How long have you been in business?
Whilst Core renovation is in its first year of business, all our workers have vast experience of a minimum of 10 years. Some with 20-30 years. The company is new but the majority of us have worked together as part of a team for over 5 years and have a good understanding of how to work well with each other
What guarantee does your work come with?
All of our work is covered by public liability insurance and materials are covered by the manufacturers warranty. We as a company guarantee our work within our quotations and explain that we are happy to fix any snags or faults that are down to Core renovation within a certain time frame.
What do you love most about your job?
The things I get the most job satisfaction from are;
Working with a blank canvass
Ripping out and restarting an interior
Seeing the before and after pictures and knowing we have left a quality job
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted the freedom to work for myself. I am ambitious and wanted a project that I could oversee as it grows.
I do not consider myself as a boss though. I accept responsibility for our work and I am happy to take control when needed to but generally we all work together as a team and I think that approach works best for us
Why should our clients choose you?
Because your job is my job. In all areas of my life, the thing I dislike most is letting people down. I strive to ensure people are happy with whatever it is I am providing. I enjoy my work and am passionate about property and I believe that someone with passion will always provide a more superior service to somebody who is not passionate
