As a company we have spent a great deal of money employing many cleaning companies. Throughout the years it starts of great but after a while the service gets worse and not a lot is done to deal with it. I understand that the cleaning company cannot physically control a bad employee. But I have always wondered why a quality management system was never put in place. This was until I employed the services of The Core Facilities Company.They have a quality manager who regularly meets with the cleaners and reports back any findings and also a contracts manager to communicate any issues that we find.
