I’ve had a niggle a muscular problem for months in my higher back into shoulder causes tension in my neck nothing has fixed it CAI hope I’ve spelt his name right had a look got me exercising few body parts explained in detail within 5 mins the problem and what was going to happen and how he was going to fix it ! 5 mins few manoeuvres and extreme body strength and unbelievable professionalism he’s manipulated the injury and in 2 movements and a neck exercise I have no pain just tenderness from the session no more appointments needed this guy is so talented and knowledgeable if you have a muscular injury stiffness or anything like the above visit the CORE CLINIC college Rd speak to CAI ! Had my second session on Friday 4th September, first session on the Tuesday have another booked on the 14th after I finish a work contract.
First treatment I had was years ago at Rebecca's Eshe Rd practice, well impressed with the new Clinic.
Back is more mobile already, thinking of booking a top -up massage every month. Convincing my Wife to get her neck seen too as well.

After fracturing my pelvis in 3 places I was in bit of a mess . After my fractures fused I still did not feel I'd ever be well again . After my first appointment with Rebecca , I felt so much better the next day . I've been going to the Core Clinic about twice a week to see Rebecca and either Emma or Laura . Nabil attends regularly and loves every session. The practitioners are fantastic and always offer useful advice based on their experiences as sports people. I've had some very dodgy people claiming to be chiropracters before and was , to say the least sceptical when we booked for my hubby . I am delighted to say that my faith in the profession has happily been restored.

They're working wonders on our Springer Spaniel, Ollie who has had a persistent limp for months. ..We've tried everything to help him but the cryotherapy and work with Becky has proved to be the only thing that is starting to help! Would highly recommend this place.I have had a knee problem for a number of years that has been causing me a lot of problems and I've tried various places to try and find something/someone to help ease the problem rather than go straight down the surgery route. After visiting Core and being treated by Pauline and Kai I now have a lot less swelling around my knee, have more movement and less pain! Bright cheerful environment with friendly staff. The chiropractor has many years of experience and after treatments I felt much better with an eighty per cent reduction in pain and stiffness. I would like to point out that I felt slightly awkward when another client was having a consultation in the waiting area where I was sitting.. This was within my hearing range and is personal information - the waiting area is small so I could not have moved elsewhere so a designated private consultation area would be ideal.I hope this information is of help with regards to client satisfaction and thank you for my present relief from pain. Been treated by Kai a couple of times and he’s the best Osteopath I’v seen by far. Takes his time to get to know the problems and is very professional. On top of that a really great guy to. Visited the core clinic with chronic back pain, received cryotherapy treatment with Alex Forrester , with the diagnosis and treatment thoroughly explained , after just 1 treatment the pain had eased immensely , now on my 4th visit with a personal rehabilitation programme . The clinic has recently been taken over by someone else and so I was disappointed that my usual chiropractor wasn't there and I was skeptical about the quality of treatment I would receive. I needn't have been though because the treatment I received was extremely thorough and the price was fantastic at £45 which, for a "new patient assessment" (which I was since I hadn't visited for a few years) is very reasonable. I've paid upwards of £70 for a new patient assessment at different places in the past. I really was given an immense of information and advice to take away and digest. I was able to have both my wrist and ankle treated so, I do feel like I got my money's worth. I felt like I was asking too much (I always like to get my money's worth! ) but Ian was more than happy to give the advice I needed, and more! This is very good because you do go to some places and feel like you are getting breadcrumbs and are pushed for time but not here. I have just been for a Cryofacial at Core Clinic and I highly recommend it for any one who likes to keep there skin in great condition. I visibly noticed results straight after and even better results the next day. My skin felt tighter and my pores reduced - I will definitely be having this treatment again. Friendly and professional, I loved it. A very big thanx to all the staff, especially Becky. I had been in agony for over 3 weeks, unable to sit or get washed and dressed properly with what I thought was Sciatica. I had visited GP twice and was living on painkillers, but nothing helped! In desperation I made an appointment and the lovely Becky performed a miracle, I was able to sit down again that night. Can't recommend highly enough. I had sciatica in 2013 & made a full recovery within days of seeing Rebecca - 2yrs on it hasn't returned.
