At Core 30 Studio we help people to Move, Look & Feel Better. We do this through small group Pilates and Yoga classes and we have recently introduced the Pilates Reformer which is available in either Group (max 6 people) classes or 1-2-1 sessions with our highly experienced teachers.

Post pandemic and too many hours hunched at a desk I decided to try Pilates Reformer and I'm addicted. 3 classes a week and it feels like a transformation. I haven't dieted, but everything is toning up, I'm more flexible, building muscle and a great stress relief after hard day at work.Kevin, Sue and Ana are fantastic teachers and keep the classes really interesting. I am a new member of Core30, who loves keeping fit and has tried the gym, home workouts and running in my fitness journey so far. I was ready to take my training to the next level and try some new things to help strengthen and tone. I’ve had a few PT sessions with Kevin who has taught me some new routines, improved my technique and pushed me out of my comfort zone to see results. I attended a pump it up session this week which was so much fun! I’ll be attending my first Pilates and reformer classes soon which I’m so excited to try.
