I have been looking for a place like this for two years. Since I moved from San Jose. I have tried 3 gyms and searched everywhere. I was about to give up and then I came across COR Movement and Aaron. Tried my first free class today and it was everything I could have hoped for.. Aaron knows what he's doing and watches your form so everything is maximized and safe. I haven't sweat like that in a very long time. I am so looking forward to going again. If you've been looking for small classes, that each person can go at their own level and not be left out, if you want someone who knows what they're doing then this is the place for you.
