I specialize in working with Borderline Personality Disorder (DBT) and couples counseling. I enjoy working with men, women, couples, teens, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, trouble in school or work, various types of trauma, issues concerning spirituality, sexual orientation, suicide, bereavement, or anything keeping one from living his or her best life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to work so intimately with people! And the best is when I see something "click" with the client in therapy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the corporate arena for some time (in a different type of career), I knew that I wanted to be my own boss. Normal corporate hours, and doing something just because someone says to, just wasn't for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me if they are looking for someone they can feel completely comfortable with- consistent feedback from clients is that I am nonjudgemental and am extremely supportive. I am also great with clients that appreciate a direct approach.
