Excellent customer service! I required A3 Prints for a design portfolio and was unsure which finish to go for. The kind gentleman offered to print off samples of my work to ensure colours ran true to what was on the computer screen and to see if I preferred the matte or shiny finish. Binding was also only £2 and made my work look very professional, would highly recommend it here. I know this is your job, you do it everyday, and that my request was an extremely small one.
But I just wanted to take the time to say I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the booklet you made for me and the amount you charged me for doing so.
I have literally been thinking about getting this done for a couple of years but I just didn't think it was possible or affordable to do so.
Now I know it is.
