The service was spot on and the food was absolutely incredible! There is a full bar, so we had a great selection of craft beer, craft cocktails, and Dave's favorite Old Fashioned.The interior is stunning. Good food and very nice staff.  We had two appetizers pirogies and meatball flatbread (which was delicious and almost like a mini pizza).  My wife had a calamari appetizer which was fried and had a really wonderful light batter on it almost like tempura.  I had the blackened catfish on rice with red beans, okra and tomatoes.  It too was very tasty.  My son had a non meat burger which he loved and said it was ever better than better burger. The atmosphere was great, service was wonderful. The food was delicious and drinks were strong. The chicken and waffles were sooo good, just a tad bit of salt needed. I did have an issue with the orginal piece of chicken given, however they promptly replaced it. Shoutout to Charles in the kitchen. Good place to go with friends. We will certainly go again. More...

I always have a good time at Copious the music is always on point. The food is good and I like the 3 floor options! I enjoy going there for First Fridays. We have been here several times and the food is always amazing! My wife and I love it and have definitely made this a personal favorite of ours. The prices are amazingly reasonable for the quality and depth of the food you receive. From the appetizers to desserts and the fun location this is a must visit. Lastly the scenery is ever changing since they show art work from local artists and it really completes the Upscale Urban feel. This was by far the BEST service I have ever had at a restaurant. Charles was a blast to have as a server and made us feel so welcomed and looked after. To top it all off, the cocktails were fantastic (also very strong) and the food was delicious. Copious is an absolutely beautiful venue with amazing food and exceptional employees.
