Following a large windows 10 upgrade which caused problems to my computers day to day functioning and also to it's security I realised that the only outcome was to contact a computer engineer. I read the reviews in Coopers Computers and contacted Shane. He visited my home, but realised that the problem was not straight forward and required taking it back to his workplace . Later the same day he returned it in full working order. Shane was prepared to sit down with me and explain various changes that had been created by the upgrade. My pooter died so I called COOPERS COMPUTERS

Shane came out tried to repair it but it was "goosed" so he took it away.
Less then 48 hours later it was back up & running again.

I have recently had alot of problems with my old PC ,I was recommended Cooper Computers for the repair work and found them to be both quick and efficient.

I have had quite a few repeat visits to get my computer how I wanted it to run as well as having a new laptop with modem set up, the work was always done quickly and very reasonably, no matter how simple the problem was it was no trouble to have it explained to me simply and the repair work was always done to a very high standard.

I would and do recommend Coopers Computers to friends and anyone having computer issues for a quick solution to their PC problems. More...

Coopers Computers have repaired my computer in the past and the service has always been excellent. Having decided to purchase a new computer I got in touch with Shane and got a much higer spec system for the money, than I would have got in a shop. The computer was delivered within the agreed time with all the spec I had asked for. Shane then installed the new computer and copied all my documents across from the old system.
